Pajama Roundtable – Service Motivators: The Good, the Bad & the Ugly
What gets us involved in service work? What keeps us in service? What drives others away from doing service work? Together we’ll explore the ommon characteristics of what a “good” trusted servant does and what a “not so good” trusted servant does as well. We’ll also look at what we can do to inspire newer member and re-inspire those who might be “fed up” with service work to remain a part of the solution.
